South Holland, Illinois, USA, September 13th, 2021– Global Water Technology, Inc. (GWT), an industry leader in water and wastewater treatment solutions, announced the acquisition of Bates Water Solutions (BWS), a Willowbrook, IL based water quality company.
BWS is a Midwest leader in water quality solutions focusing on service and technical excellence. The synergy of GWT’s mission to provide the water treatment industry with personalized, affordable, and reliable water treatment service and solutions and BWS’ mission to always put service first made for a natural match. BWS operates as a division of GWT and will continue to service and support all existing clients providing depth to GWT’s deepening portfolio of water solutions expertise across the United States. In 2008, BWS founder Ray Bates identified the need for a water quality company that prioritized client service, and thus Bates Water Solutions was born.
