The Water Quality Analyst will perform duties at client sites with an extreme priority on safety, observing all physical distancing and personal protective equipment protocols.

Essential Duties & Requirements:

  • Managing water treatment programs at established client sites through regular program audits which include obtaining and testing water samples using field laboratory equipment.
  • Resolving program non-conformances by trouble shooting problems and implementing corrective measures which may include equipment repairs or chemical dosage adjustments.
  • Generating professionally written technical reports which advise on industry best practices for operating mechanical equipment with a focus on extended equipment life as well as water and energy savings.
  • This often involves identifying, recommending, and implementing program upgrades.
  • Conducting customer meetings to communicate program results in a manner that builds rapport and promote customer care of their mechanical systems.
  • Responsible for working with a mentor and executing opportunity-based sales processes from prospecting through to closing the upgrade or new sale and documenting the progress in a Customer Relationship Management system.

Milwaukee and Madison, Wisconsin and Surrounding Area

Travel Requirements:

  • This position requires daily travel to customer and prospect sites by company car.
  • Overnight and travel may be required periodically.

Required Credentials: 

  • A demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a desire to work in a hands-on environment.
  • Previous experience working with customers (in an unrelated industry) where the focus was providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Proficient in computer use with a solid understanding of the MS Office applications.
  • Valid Driver’s license.
  • Post secondary education in Science or Engineering.
  • Previous work experience in the water industry is considered a strong asset.

Our growing company is searching for a Customer Support Administrator that can help support the sales, account management, and growth efforts of our growing company.

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Specialist is an integral position within our organization. In this position you will be responsible for supporting both our field staff (service and sales) and clients as they request information, request quotes, place orders, and more. This position is part of a growing internal infrastructure intended to support our growth by providing top notch internal and external customer service. This position reports to GWT’s Customer Service Manager and works with several other Specialists to achieve departmental tasks and goals.

Essential Duties & Requirements:

  • Spend 5 days/week at the company’s headquarters based in South Holland, Illinois.
  • Process purchase orders and create sales orders for chemical/material to replenish inventory or for delivery to a customer location.
  • Process returns when damaged or incorrect product has been shipped out.
  • Assemble basic quotes for customers and create proposal drafts for sales department.
  • Receiving and storing order confirmations from vendors and order tracking information. Ensuring the accuracy and timely shipment of each order. Updating pricing in accounting system when necessary.
  • Assisting with monthly mailings including, but not limited to, contract invoices, pay-as-you-go order invoices, and customer statements.
  • Data entry for sales department. Complete spreadsheets with customer information for tracking purposes.
  • Help organize and maintain company’s file sharing system. Rename/reorganize folders.
  • Assemble new customer Program Administration Manuals for distribution to the client’s location.
  • Set up new customers and vendors. Maintain existing customer information on GWT’s service reporting application

Travel Requirements:

  • This position is based at GWT’s corporate headquarters in South Holland, IL.

Required Credentials: 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and related Suites
