Tom Armon joined GWT in 2018 as an advisor to GWT’s executive team. Having retired in 2015 after spending nearly 40 years with a notable midwestern water treatment firm, Tom’s passion for water chemistry and organizational growth and development never waned. As such, shortly after retiring, Tom began consulting and investigating new technology that could evolve the industry he has a passion and love for. During this period, Tom’s path crossed with GWT and their mutual belief in a strong, employee centric culture and putting the customer and their unique needs above all else aligned. Tom provides GWT’s leadership an outside and unbiased perspective rooted in 40 years of experience that includes account management, personnel management, territory development, adoption of new technologies, business ownership, and more. Tom’s duties also include mentoring current and future organizational leaders and providing clarity and a voice of reason to GWT’s day to day management team. Tom is also the President and Owner of Freedom Boat Clubs of New Buffalo (MI), St. Joseph (MI), and Michigan City (IN).
