Chief Sales & Customer Experience Officer

Patrick joined GWT as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2013 after 20 plus years’ experience in the sales and client relations industry. Currently, Patrick serves as the Chief Sales and Customer Experience Officer of the company. In this role, Patrick is charged with ensuring GWT’s internal customer service infrastructure is well positioned to meet the ever-evolving needs of complex clients, water treatment applications, and an expanding field service team across the country.

Patrick is also responsible for setting the tone and approach to achieve GWT’s organic growth goals nationally. Leading GWT’s inside sales infrastructure and serving as a bridge between field operations and business development activities, Patrick brings the experience and vigor necessary to achieve unprecedented year over year growth to the company.

Additionally, Patrick’s contributions to GWT are numerous, but highlighted by the implementation of a robust Customer Relation Management system fully integrated into the company’s ERP system which facilitates seamless customer life cycle management, redefining the company’s sales process, simplifying and creating tracking infrastructure to manage customer interactions, and overseeing the automation of many administrative tasks. Furthermore, Patrick has been instrumental in attracting and retaining highly talented individuals across all disciplines of the company by forging strong, long-term relationships, emanating GWT’s people centered culture, and ensuring a focus on personal and professional development of the company’s entire team.
