Outside Sales Positions

Picture_055GWT is looking for dedicated, self starting individuals to generate leads and ultimately expand our customer base in the following areas: Downtown Chicago & Chicago suburbs, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Southern Illinois. This position requires experience in marketing and sales and preferably history in the water treatment or B2B service sales industry.

Outside Sales Executives have a variety of products and services at their disposal to promote and sell to a wide array of potential customers. Our typical customers include industrial facilities, commercial real estate, high-rise condo buildings, educational institutions, hospitals, data centers, and mechanical contractors. Points of contact with customers include Facility Managers, Chief Engineers, Property Managers, Directors of Maintenance/Engineering, and more. Some products and services include: Water treatment service agreements and chemicals, glycols, industrial cleaning products, condensate maintenance products, waste water treatments, water filters, ice melt, softener salt and much more.

Compensation is open to negotiation based on experience and expected sales yield. This position is highly commission based. Unlike many competitors we do not alter our commission structure unless it is to reward for success. Sales associates will receive a monthly auto allowance, be reimbursed for approved sales expenses, a company mobile phone, and a company laptop or tablet.
